FEM_stimulation.compute_electrodes_footprints(x, y, z, ID)[source]

Compute the footprints for all electrodes

Parameters:

x (np.array) – x position at which to compute the field, in um
y (float) – y position at which to compute the field, in um
z (float) – z position at which to compute the field, in um
ID (int) – ID of the axon
