nrv.ui.find_central_node_index(results: axon_results) → int

Returns the index of the closer node from the center from a dictionnary results

Parameters:

axon_results (dict) – results of axon.simulate method

Returns:

n_center – value of the cutoff frequency of the axon’s membrane

Return type:

int
