axon_population.generate_from_deprected_fascicle

axon_population.generate_from_deprected_fascicle(key_dic: dict)[source]

Generate the population from the data saved in a deprecated fascicle file.

Warning

This function is mostly for internal use for retrocompatibility. If deprecated save file are found, it is adviced to uptated them using update_fascicle_file().

Parameters:: key_dic (dict) – Dictionary containing the loaded fascicle
