Insert a IC clamp stimulation on a Ranvier node at its midd point position

Parameters:

• index (int) – node number of the node to stimulate

• t_start (float) – starting time (ms)

• duration (float) – duration of the pulse(ms)

• amplitude (float) – amplitude of the pulse (nA)
