remove_non_NoR_zones

nrv.ui.remove_non_NoR_zones(my_dict, key)

Automatically remove values out of nodes of Ranvier for membrane voltage and associated quantities. This function is helpfull for large simulation before saving results

Parameters:

• my_dict (dictionary) – dictionary where the quantity should be cleaned

• key (str) – name of the key to clean
