Return true if ALL APs have reached their last position (in both direction) within the simulation timeframe, else False

Parameters:

vm_key (str, optional) – Rasterized Vmembrane key , by default “V_mem”

Returns:

True if ALL APs have reached their last position (in both direction) within the simulation timeframe, else False
